The overall interview process was straightforward—screening, followed by a virtual round, and then an in-person interview. Unfortunately, my second round was a disappointing experience. The interview was conducted in a waiting area near the security section, which didn’t feel like an appropriate setting. The panelists seemed disengaged—they were on a Teams call during the interview and appeared uninterested in having a meaningful discussion. It felt as though they were only looking for specific answers they were familiar with, rather than being open to alternative but valid approaches.
