Applied through campus recruiting in the fall. Had one 45 minute interview which was all situational. Interviewer was an alumni, former OMLP, and very friendly. Received a call within 3 days with an offer. Had a long deadline of mid December. All the interns have a drug test on-site during first week.

All questions were behavioral and none were out of the ordinary.
Simple technical/behavioral interview. Answer with STAR method and with more leadership and behavioral questions. Most technical questions were fitted for the job description rather than random hard to remember questions.

Hirevue - two rounds with video responses and short answer questions. Should hear back after the second one pretty straightforward with mostly behavioral questions and interest in the company and their products
