They were very specific on understanding my past work and really wanted me to talk about challenges I've faced throughout the years in the various marketing positions I've had in various countries. As a whole they were very welcoming and it was an easy interview.

Started with a phone interview and a couple of weeks later had a conference with two people. Pretty average process, but very impersonal. Wish I had the chance to talk to somebody face to face rather than just over the phone.
