GE interview questions in San Ramon

Interview process initiated with a phone screen with a talent manager which lead to an on-site panel interview with 3 directors of Finance. This was followed up with a 1:1 with the CFO.

Overall not encouraging. Recruiter called few times gathering same details. After few weeks of back and forth communication, phone screening was scheduled. Interviewer started asking system design questions borrowed from a book. When he was not satisfied with explanation, wrapped up the call.
