Four months ago, I submitted my application for a position through GE Vernova's Workday page, and since then, I have not received any feedback. I noticed the position has recently reappeared on LinkedIn, so I attempted to reapply; however, this was not possible. Additionally, I found that I could not withdraw my previous application, so I can reapply, as doing so would disqualify me from applying for the same position again.
A few days later, maybe thanks to my activity, I received a notification from Workday stating that GE Vernova had inactivated my application due to an inability to reach me, despite having all my contact information in Workday and on my CV. So at the end I cannot reapply, and no email contact is possible as there is no direct email address provided for assistance. Moreover, the manager I contacted on LinkedIn has yet to respond to my inquiries.
I believe that the lack of communication and the manner in which this process unfolded is not appropriate.
