There was first an AI screening invitation and then a virtual interview that was about interest in the company and energy industry along with behavioral questions. The people who were the interviewers were overseas but were friendly. Overall not bad.

Interview
First general round (phone interview) with HR to check availability to start, school credentials and general informations. Second round with finance Manager (phone interview as well). First he gave me detailed information about the position and then asked me questions about my competences, my motivations and my team player abilities

Fue por internet, estaba dificil. Te hacian preguntas muy técnicas y la preparacion era de 30 seg, había en unas que hacer dibujos y explicar funcionamientos tecnicos, la verdad hay que prepararse mucho para ese formato de entrevista
