tough, phone call lasted 5 min to a interview that lasted 1 day bad, never again. 6 hours long , must bring a snack, if you have a current job, beware, you might have to take off two whole days for this interview, will have to take typing test, with math questions and spelling questions. role play and interview questions after interview questions, bring multi copies of resume

Phone Interview and In person interview. Once you come into the office you have to pass the multitasking test on the computer and if not no further action needed because you will be sent home. If you do pass expect to spend the whole day for further testing and interview

Interview
Lengthy interview. 1 month in length. Phone interview followed by going to the office to complete WPM, personality and math tests, role playing, shadowing, 20 minute Q&A, followed by another phone interview, panel presentation and interview.
