Applied for the position received a email to take multiple tests which I passed them all then I did a webcam interview which were 14 questions. Next I received a phone call from the recruiter and she asked me some questions and she said my webcam interview went very well. She then set up a onsite interview a couple of days later. I went on Glassdoor and researched the questions that were going to be asked at that time I learned there will be a role play scenario and I practiced all I can from what people told on this site so I was very prepared. I arrived on site for the interview an hour early the people working there were very cold and they looked like they hated there job. The interviewer came in and then took me to a office which had a lot of paper work on the table. You listen to a audio that explains the procedures it seemed only 15 minutes to review everything and learn how the company works at that point two guys came in with bad attitudes and problems which I handled very well. The whole thing took about a hour to complete then the interviewer said will will get back to you. The next day i received a email stating I did not get the job which is BS as I have 35 years experience in customer service and technology being 56 years old I know they did not want to hire me even though I bring a lot of experience and have a big back ground in the auto industry. Doing more research on this company I am glad i was not offered the job they just work people very hard and get rid of them they have lousy pay and benefits and the mangers I hear do not know what there doing. I would not recommend anyone even buy there insurance as I learned they to not want to pay out and try there best to not give the customer the money they are owed. There is nothing good about this company and would never use them.

The interview process was pretty easy. They asked me about my experience on phones and customer service. The HR rep was really nice. Explained the process well. Got an offer right away.
