I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GEICO in Feb 2017
Interview
After my application was reviewed I was sent an online personality test and then an online spatial relations test. After those results were reviewed I was moved a phone screening/interview. This was a scripted Q&A with almost no conversation. Rapid fire questions and then they typed your response.

Question 1
You will have to go into neighborhoods and areas where we can not guarantee you safety. Will that be a problem for you.
Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GEICO (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2025
Interview
applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GEICO (Lincoln, NE) in Jul 2025
Interview
I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
