Interview
I went in and did testing on a computer with a group of people. It was pretty easy everyone passed that part. The testing included a part where you would have to copy as much of a paragraph as you can in 30 seconds, a multitasking where you would answer simulated call and receive emails and select the the appropriate answers according to their needs. After that is a personal interview where they asked about my previous job experience and asked me what I would do in certain situations

I was asked someone calls and they are upset they have to pay a deductible what would I say in that situation.

Interview
Process was pretty straightforward, I applied online, within minutes I was sent an email for an assessment, within 24 hours I was able to schedule a phone interview. I was asked to come in for a final in person interview. I received an offer.

Interview
Process was very straightforward. I applied, and shortly after had the opportunity to take an assessment. Once those results came in a day or two later I was contacted to schedule a Webex interview. My interviewer was very nice and helpful and seemed genuinely engaged in my interview and getting to know me.
