I applied online. I interviewed at GEICO (Rockville, MD) in Sept 2020
Interview
I applied for the analyst position via a website called Handshake. I was contacted by the recruiter within 2 weeks of applying. She sent a questionnaire that was filled with basic interview questions like salary expectations, where you see yourself in 5 - years, etc. Then, I was sent a skills assessment. The skills assessment was remote and online and not too difficult--I don't think there's any way that one could really prepare for it, as it was generic and focused on non-technical, analysis questions. The interview itself took place after the assessment, and wasn't excellent, but not terrible. The questions were basic interview qs, such as elaborating on your work experience & resume.
