Interview
There were three interviews, and each one got progressively harder. The last one was a Zoom call with one other recruiter the other two were on the phone. The first recruiter was very nice and understanding, but the second recruiter was much more serious and persistent about me answering the questions the way she wanted me to if I was not giving her the "right" answer, which was frustrating.

The first one was a phone call, and they explained the role and why I am interested, the second was behavioral questions like tell me about a time when you had a goal and what you did to achieve it, and the third was situational/scenario questions specifically about how I would deal with upset customers or how I would handle a member of my team who was underperforming.

Interview
Process begun with a 30-minute phone screening by recruiter, followed by an interview with 3-4 associates and managers, and ending with a final round interview with 5 managers and 1 VP. All interview questions were behavioral in nature and geared towards company fit.

Can you tell me about a time when you had to deal with a rapidly changing situation?
Started first with a phone interview, then took a judgment exam, then had another phone interview. Overall, was very simple. They seemed to look for certain words during interview to match their culture.

Interview
There were many stages which included online assessments, telephone interviews, and an online video chat. They helped guide me through the process which was very helpful. Overall, they were very quick with getting me through the interview process and each step helped me get more prepared for the next.
