Applied on company website, then had a screening interview with HR, followed by a one on one with Hiring Manager and a One on One with Sr. Executive. Scheduling process and communications were lacking and disorganized.

There were three rounds after the recruiter screen: hiring manager, product manager peer, business stakeholder. It took two weeks to complete. The recruiter was efficient and prompt after each stage.

Case study on business problem that you present to the hiring manager before meeting many other rounds of interviews with engineering, design, etc. All rounds are conversational and don’t feel too overwhelming
