Initial 15-minute screening interview with recruiter that asked basic questions
Then I had a 45-minute interview where the position was explained by the sales manager.
Then an hour-long interview with questions about your experience. I was asked approximately 8 questions.

There weren't any in-depth questions, which made the interview process very unusual. All the recruiter talked about was how great the company is and how you get paid for the activities that you do. They are a fully commissioned company.

Phone interview, describing the role and company. Recruiter did most of the talking, was more information than a true interview. Role was not something I was ultimately interested in, so I passed on future discussions or interviews
