They had me do a HireVue which is extremely lazy that they can’t even have a recruiter take the time to interview candidates. After spending time doing the HireVue for them I was quickly declined in an amount of time they couldn’t of possibly reviewed the video I submitted. It’s unfortunate companies use HireVue and is an immediate red flag as a candidate.
