Pretty unstructured over the phone interview. The interviewer was newly hired and I was told I would hear back within one week whether it was a yes or no. Its been 3 weeks now and they have not returned my phone calls. For all I know I could be an alternate or I got rejected but this really is'nt what management should be doing to recruit new talent. It would have been nice if they reached out again to inform me if I had been rejected or not as they said they would.
