The interviewer was very polite and friendly. Their company is extremely thorough to ensure that they are hiring someone who is culturally a good fit for them. They also stressed the importance of having them be a good fit for me, which is refreshing .

They discussed my past experiences as a designer and reviewed my portfolio of past projects. The senior manager also asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for in a career and what sort of company I preferred working for.
Extremely Intense. Many interviews. Probing questions. Multiple meetings. Personality questionnaires. They have a huge emphasis on being a salesperson. I was told you're a salesperson first and an interior designer second,
