The main things looking for in the interview were reliability in terms of scheduling and understanding of what the position entails. Slow and worthless. All the people who were at the interview were clueless, inexperienced and frankly uneducated. All this company wants are warm bodies not free thinking intelligent employees. One hired, that's when the crap begins. Employees don't stay long.
