I filled out an online application. I quickly received a text and email about taking an assessment test before talking to anyone. Talk about some very lazy HR staff. This is a huge red flag. A company wanting you to spend an hour of your time before they talk about the role, the benefits and salary is obtuse. No thank you. Who does this?!

I received a link to an assessment that was estimated to take 45 minutes of my time. I clicked through a few of the questions. They were assessing my ability to write emails and text messages. I'm not wasting my time on this. I've got a decade of experience in this exact role. Plus my camera had to be on for the entire process. Major invasion of privacy.
