Poor experience. Luckily I dodged a bullet.
I had a phone screen who said I'd be a great fit. They asked me to complete a presentation before my first round with the hiring manager.
Since I had read poor reviews on Glassdoor, I asked to meet the manger first before committing my time on a take home project.
They didn't like my idea and rejected me.
Interviewing is definitely a two way street. I'm super happy I didn't waste my time on the take home assignment.
I hope this review saves other people some time too.
Pretty standard process from phone screen, interview with hiring manager, technical, and few more interviews that come with basic technical questions but more on behavioral and situational questions. Each interview about 45 minutes and questions were fairly common ones.

Interview
HR contacted me to have a phone call to talk about the role and introduce myself. We agreed on a date and time but no one called the day of the interview. I reached out via email right away asking if we were going to have the call but the recruiter didn't reply back. I have never been ghosted like that.
