I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at GOJO (Akron, OH)
Interview
There were 10+ individual Microsoft Teams interviews. In addition there was an assignment to create a presentation for a simulation interview with 10 attendees. All of the interviewers asked STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) questions. The total time needed to prepare for the interviews, attend the interviews, create the presentation, and send thank you emails was ~40 hours. It was an excessive amount of time required for ultimately not being offered the position. Keep this in mind prior to applying for a position. GOJO conveyed this is their normal process.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you needed to influence others.
Thanks for taking the time to write a review. The interview process can look a little different for candidates depending on a few key factors: the nature of the work and its technical or physical requirements; the amount of cross-functional collaboration required to successfully fulfill the role's responsibilities; and the level of senior leader or external stakeholder interaction required. Aligned to our always learning value, we have worked diligently to streamline our interview process in all areas of our organization and are operating as efficiently as possible given candidate time constraints and team member travel schedules; we encourage our candidates to take full advantage of the time investment to ensure the role is a great fit for their career!

Interview
Overly complicated, not enough focus on skills or experience. Predetermined boilerplate questions instead of specifics regarding position or previous work experience. Appeared that not all interviewers were familiar with the actual position.

Question 1
Lots of "tell me about a time... how did you make that decision, what did you learn..."

Interview
Fairly comprehensive. Had two separate rounds of interviews. I was asked to give a project presentation as a last step. They checked references and background.
