CADD interview with IT and teams interview with intern mentors. The CADD was easy, it just tested basic concepts in Civil 3D. The interview was more personal. They ask a lot about your experiences and goals.

Warm greeting; was offered a bottle of water immediately. Interview was held in a conference room; spoke with main boss for an hour, then met the other marketing teammate; it went very well!

It will likely only be one interview and a VT degree gets you additional consideration. The CEO will be the one to make the hiring decision. Once on board you will find the CEO has good business development skills but is a poor manager. His subordinates take care of the management side.
