I interviewed at GQG Partners (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
Interview
5 rounds of interviews - questions ranged from behavioral to somewhat technical.
The interviews where with senior members of the executive team as well as the HR. While the senior round is where you actually get to expand on your experience, its the interview with the HR where you need to pass the "vibe".
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GQG Partners in Aug 2024
Interview
I was told initially that they would be 4 rounds of interviews. I was ghosted after the second round with the hiring manager. Being proactive about hiring and scheduling interviews is not at the top of their priority list. They'll waste your time.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GQG Partners (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Mar 2023
Interview
Met with 3 separate internal managers at varying levels of management for the sales team. It was immediately evident that each of them cared about their team, the company overall and ultimately the firm's employees. GQG's AUM is growing at an impressive pace and their dedication to hiring the right people for that growth was reflected throughout the entire interview process. Everyone was very intelligent, well connected within the industry and asked meaningful questions throughout the course of the interview. I felt that GQG was looking beyond solely the scope of my resume and credentials to find value in soft skills which is a welcome outlier in the investment industry. I had an incredibly positive experience through the interview and offer progression.
