Long interview process; statistical/data-science questions, LeetCode questions, and biological-related questions. I thought most questions were reasonable. However, I think gauging a candidate on LeetCode questions seemed a bit unusual for computational biologist positions. I don't practice those questions nor do many of my colleagues; as we usually are not asked that by other biotechs. I think they are potentially missing out a lot of great candidates that are not well-versed in the LeetCode world. Interview process was a bit longer than I would have liked. I thought the data-science questions were well thought out and relevant.
