GREX interview questions

I was called to come in for an interview. After the call I received a helpful email from the receptionist. Went in for the interview and met the hiring manager. She spoke about the company and the position. I answered her questions. She said that any candidates moving on would be coming in the following week for a second round of interviews with a 3 person panel. The hiring manager said she'd contact me either way it went. I sent a thank-you email that day and never heard from anyone there again. The only reason I rated the experience as negative was because I was told they'd follow up and they didn't.
