I interviewed at GRW Engineers (Worcester, Western Cape)
Interview
I was interviewed by 2 other engineers. I believe one of them was a manager and the other a senior staff member. The interview process was straight forward, they were on time and didn't ask hard questions. Myself and them were clear about our expectations and I belive we both learnt that it was not a great fit for me at the moment.

Question 1
Would I want to do the same calculations the whole day.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GRW Engineers (Indianapolis, IN) in Feb 2015
Interview
The process was laid back and professional. The questions were based on my skills and understanding of what the project at hand would require. The entire process lasted about a half hour. I met with the project leader wherein he showed me some examples of what the project entailed and the methods they used.

Question 1
If the required tasks to be performed were within my range of skills?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at GRW Engineers (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Sept 2010
Interview
I submitted my application online and was called for the initial contact. I was interviewed by the HR Representative by telephone and set up for an interview in person after hours with the VP (this was at my request; I was employed at the time).
The interview lasted approximately an hour. It was just the two of us in his office and we discussed my work history and his needs for the department. The interview was casual and left me with the impression that the company would also be on the casual side.
I was offered the job within a few days after the interview.
