Afterward, you will be asked to take a general-knowledge test, in order to determine your ability to read and write in English, as well as to do basic math.

First, apply online. Then, you'll schedule the interview. The interview is at an office near the main workspace, which is somewhat noisy, so try to speak up the entire time. After that, it's a few days before they'll decide whether to hire you or not.
