Phone Screen, Teams Interview, Onsite Meeting. They were professional and on time. It was a positive experience and would recommend them. My recruiter was very nice and he explained everything in detail.

The process was unprofessional. The recruiter asked to connect, I gave a time frame and they randomly called me without scheduling the call. This recruiter also took the call in their car on their way home. Most of the time was spent with them talking so much and talking bad about the company and the founder's personality. The recruiter reached out to me right away and then eventually said that they have more experience than I do. Pretty bizarre to compare yourself when you're interviewing a candidate.

Met with various department heads to get an understanding of the business and expectations. Everyone I spoke with was positive and engaging on what their divisions were responsible for, the culture of the organization, and how HR can best support their teams.
