Interview
The initial impression was a good one, but unfortunately I cannot say that the final one was equally positive. After being given only 2 days notice before the interview (which included preparing a presentation), over 3 weeks went by without any feedback even though I was told that I would hear back within a week. Eventually I received an automatic rejection email at 11.30 pm (?!). I doubt that I will consider GTT in the future or recommend it to any of my connections.

Interview
Headhunted by the recruiter. Received numerous messages, conducted an initial interview. Overall casual and informal. The second interview was with the Director via Zoom. Third interview with VP via Zoom. Pretty straightforward; seems like they lack leadership and the ability to retain talent. Completely "ghosted" after all the interactions and back and forth communications. Attempts to reach the recruiter and hiring manager have gone unanswered; not even my candidate profile has been updated. An unusual amount of focus on my personal activities outside of work as compared to other firms.
