After I submitted my resume, I received an email from HR to fill-in three different form
- Google form asking about my skills and give ratings on my expertise with specific skills
- Aksium assessment on job management and conflict resolution
- personality test (16 personalities)
Then I received a phone interview from HR, questions are related to the answers provided on the previous questionnaires (e.g., salary range, what skills that makes you different, when is your availability)
Received another email to schedule an in-person interview, two weeks after the phone interview. The Engineering Manager and Product Managers interviewed me with the HR being in the same meeting room. Questions were extensive on my mechanical design skills. They also asked everything else that was on my resume (e.g., electrical / electronics background)
Two days after the interview, I received another questionnaire to fill in, about 13 behavioural questions.
Received another email requesting for three professional references. They contacted all of them and asked them to fill in questionnaires related to my experience (my references inform me about this).
A week after, HR called saying that they have the intention of hiring me, the contract is ready etc and they're just waiting for approval from the CEO.
A few days after, HR called to schedule an interview with the CEO, the next day.
Interview with the CEO was the uncomfortable part. He was reading my resume during the meeting, and I was trying to make small talk, but he proceeds by saying "give me a sec, I'm reading". I was sitting there in silence for 5 minutes, and it really shows that he was unprepared to interview me. His tone of voice was very condescending every time he asked a question. The technical questions were unrelated to the job I applied for but I answered it anyway.
The experience was good until the final interview with the CEO.
