This was a very simple job interview. More or less a verbal interview asking if you have the hands on skills to install solid surfaces. Most do not, but experience in construction and the use of most hand tools gives you an edge. There are also two levels of installer, the Lead installer and the apprentice. If you have experience, more than likely you can Lead. If no, you will have to learn for a time by assisting before you will be trusted with running a job.
