Interview
You must first apply for the position online, and then an agency will call you for an interview. When you arrive, yourself as well as the other applicants will go to the office room for a short test. The simple test assesses your literacy and numeracy skills. They also requested that you bring your personal identification, such as your passport, for them to photograph and store.

Interview
Just consists of: proof of right to work, a site tour, safety induction videos and a short test based on the induction videos as well as reviving your uniform (e.g gloves boots etc)
This job was assigned by my agency. It did not required interview. I went for induction and safety training. The training itself was not difficult and trainer was very nice
