I applied online. I interviewed at Gabriel Partners (Cleveland, OH) in Jun 2017
Interview
Applied through LinkedIn and received a response to complete a writing sample and Excel test. After I completed both, was called in for an interview and to take a Wonderlic test. After the test (answer 50 questions in 12 minutes) I interviewed with two different people. Told I would receive a response the next day. The next day came and went. I emailed them to check the status and was told I was not chosen, with no reason as to why. Seems like a big waste of everyone's time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Gabriel Partners (Cleveland, OH) in Mar 2017
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter. The hiring and interviewing process were very fast paced. First you are given a writing test using 10 random words. If they like your narrative then you are onto wonderlic test next. After those two tests I was interviewed by three different people, the manager, recruiting director, then to a partner of the company. They actually wanted to speak to another partner but the interview went longer than I anticipated.

Question 1
How you cope with deadlines and high intensity work situations.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gabriel Partners (Cleveland, OH) in Nov 2016
Interview
I applied by email directly to Gabriel Partners and within 2 days I was contacted by one of their recruiters. Within 1-2 weeks I completed online testing for the Wonderlic Test and a writing assessment. Soon after I was contacted for a phone interview as I was not located in the same state as the job. I was then contacted for a face-to-face interview but declined. This was mostly in part because I researched the company a bit more after phone interview and read the extremely negative company reviews here on glassdoor; I was blown away by the CEO's responses to many of them. This was not the type of company/management I want to work for. I was also told that there would be a "class" training set up for early December, meaning if I was hired, it would be a mass hire which is very impersonal and does not show that they truly valued my knowledge and experience that I would bring to the table. In addition to that, everything seemed disorganized. The phone interview was conducted by one of the partners because the original partner mixed up his schedule and had a conference to go to. When I first connected online for the Wonderlic Test, there was an error message about the employer's license expiration date had passed. They figured it out and told me to reconnect a few hours later.
