UNPROFESSIONAL,PATHETIC I got interviewed for this role, cleared all rounds , hr confirmed if given the offer letter will I join as I had another offer. They vanish after that, I follow up and they inform after 5 days I was not selected. I asked for the reason as I was knew my interview went very well, someone from their team said they will call me up by EOD. It's been 2 weeks I dint hear from anyone. Advice to management- Don't waste people's time if you don't intent to hire. Incase you reject someone after clearing all rounds, give them a justification to know where they lacked.
