3 interview process. 1st is typical HR screening for about 30-40 mins. 2nd is a more technical interview with hiring manager, talking about technical/work experience. After 2nd interview, got a short technical exercise to complete. This exercise is used to show how you approach and implement a solution. 3rd interview is a group interview consisting of the hiring manager and two other engineers on the team. Most of the interview is going over the technical exercise and working with the interviewers on how to further expand the implemented solution. Basically, they are trying to get a feel for your technical expertise, as well as how you work with other people.
