Had 3 interviews, recruiter and two director/ceos Everyone reached out very quickly in the beginning of the process to set everything up.. All went really well in my opinion and I got really good feedback from everyone. Moving forward sounded promising. I was advised on next steps, but then dead silence. I reached out to the recruiter on two occasions and each time, she mentioned that they would be reaching out on a specific date. But still nothing unfortunately. The experience is only rated poor due to the lack of communication.

Competency test online followed by in person interview, it was an easy test and interview was running quite late but was ok. Felt formal but casual at the same time, would have liked to have been on time
Recruiter only 15 min, 1 panel interview, 45 min, received offer next day, very casual- no STAR method questions. Hiring managers were very personable, and I didn't feel awkward at all. Conversations flowed.
Condescending to even qualified candidates. Questioned the authenticity of my experience and gave no opportunity to follow up with proof or go into any further detail. Clearly didn't want to hire, I assume they were doing interviews out of obligation before moving someone internally.
