There were 3 interviews in total. Very thorough to ensure it is the best fit for both the company and myself. One of the interviews was with an individual working in the position I was being hired for. I felt it was very helpful to determine if it was a good fit.

I had two really great phone interviews which lead to the in person interview. I was told that there would be a conference but never came to the line. After a week the recruiter told me that they were going with another employee.
