Completed the online application. Just needed to upload the CV. They reached back after few months. They then reached out to do a teams interview with fit and behavioural questions. I assumed I did well as the recruiter directly told me that they liked my interview and application, and that my CV matched the role perfectly. Received the rejection email without any explanation or reasoning.
