3 part process. Screening with HR. 4 panel interview virtually. 3 panel interview in person. Challenging and in depth on previous experience, problem solving ability, insurance knowledge and culture fit.

Q: How do you identify areas of greatest loss leakage for risk mgmt program
I had 6 rounds of virtual interviews scheduled over the course of about 4 weeks. The interviews were 30-60 mins in length. I found the interviewers to be fair and reasonable.

Easy for the most part. Some situational questions as well as behavioural questions. Both were done virtually. One through phone and the other virtual meeting. Pleasant experience and hr and leadership were both professional and respectful.
