Preliminary Call - with one of the key members of the team, some stats questions, not so difficult, and it's smooth Online Test - personally I don't like this kind of test and waste of time, but I got through this. On-site interviews - meet all the team members, they are nice, the only compliant is that the questions sometimes not clearly addressed. It leads to some confusion. But it might be well-planned. I would suggest the company should talk directly to the candidate. My recruiter is unresponsive and do not even send me a feedback at the beginning.
