Very laid back interview with the Chief Engineer, he asked me some basic questions to get a feel for how I work with others and how I deal with problems, as well as probing my experience with CAD and building code research. It was only 3-4 questions and ample time for him to answer my questions.
Couple of verbal interviews and some software assessment. First round of talk with the chief engineer, followed by assessment and paper work for processing with the human resources team. Pretty generic nothing specific.
