Simple interview process. Several straight forward questions regarding the duties of the job and personal aptitude to complete the tasks and duties at hand. Took about 10 to 15 minutes
Very simple and easy going. First was a group interview and then an official secondary interview at the store. Everything was communicated very well and all questions were relevant to experience needed.
I was asked several behavioural questions, to determine my suitability for working in a retail environment. The focus was on my ability to learn and understand the store rules, as well as be able to handle customer needs. Very little was asked about video games.
