I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gameloft (Barcelona) in Oct 2022
Interview
After passing the test for Environment Artist, they invited me to interview, I had to pay for the flight to Barcelona and hotel, but then the interview was a joke, the interviewer was not focusing on knowing about me, my skills, or my decisions for the test, and he was talking about him and his past experience.. Then at the end he told me that I did more than it was needed for the test.. Then why did they call me for the interview?
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I only remember one real question, which was already known by them before the interview.. How long it took me to do the environment.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gameloft
Interview
The interviewer was respectful. All the needed information was given about the position beforehand. The only questionable thing was test task which was quite extensive and required 2 weeks to finish and the feedback ( which was a rejection) was a bit vague. though the feedback was on time and I'm overall grateful for the opportunity to take part in the process.

Question 1
Describe your pipeline and the softwares you use?
How much experience you have in Environment Art?
The process took about three weeks, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and respectful. From the start, I was very clear with two different recruiters about my salary expectations. However, when they made me an offer, they pointed to a website to highlight the benefits of moving to Montreal and used the idea of having half of Fridays off as justification for offering a salary lower than what I currently make. (By the way, the offer was way below market rate.) There was no room to negotiate for a higher and fairer amount.
Friendly interview, very casual about my goals and interests. I wasn't asked about any technical aspect of the job, more like a presentation that ended up with a skill test
