The interviewers seemed like they were not sure about the answers to questions they were asking us. The worse part was the recruiter who was completely unprofessional, made us jump through hoops just to then ghost us for weeks. They assessment centre seemed like we were getting recruited to MI5 not some random telecom firm. They delayed the process by more than a month and did not communicate well. If the company operates the same way they do the recruitment then it must be horrible to work there.
