Phone call with recruiter followed by a couple phone screens by hiring managers. Most of the questions were about my experience, and most of the phone screen time was spent selling Gap to me -- it was great, I felt special. I came on-site for a day of interviews. I believe 5 straight 1-hr interviews with Directors and above. No one blew off the interview, there were no breaks, and i felt like I had been prioritized. I don't think I've ever had that experience before -- no one was even a few minutes late to the interview! Great balance of selling me on the role and poking into who I was. I clicked with every manager. I was interviewing with another high profile company in the area, and by the end of my interviews at Gap I knew where I needed to be -- I turned down a higher salary at an amazing company because I knew Gap was a better fit for me (and the work was more exciting as well).
