During my interview process with Gapstars, the communication unfortunately fell short. Ghosting candidates really reflects poorly on the recruitment process and the overall company culture. Even a quick update, just a simple yes or no, would go a long way. It shows respect for the time and effort candidates put in and helps maintain a positive impression of the company.

Overall it was smooth and transparent. At first, there was an online written test. The selected candidates have two or more interviews with the client, one technical interview and one HR interview.
