I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at GardaWorld
Interview
Quite easy. Questions on customer service and about yourself. Undergo just one interview. And had to do a part down. Nothing difficult. You are being shown first then you do it
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GardaWorld (Calgary, AB) in Jan 2018
Interview
I applied online, they were fairly quick to respond and offer a recruiting testing event at my city's airport. The testing event consisted of 2 stages: a brief presentation on how to identify basic threat objects through an xray machine. You had to accurately identify the threat if any. I strongly recommend sitting near the front of the room so you have a change to get a good look at the screen (bring glasses if you need them), pay attention and it's fairly straight forward. Out of about 40 people who attended, only about half passed the first stage in my group. Once the first stage is passed you move on to a basic 100 question test that must be completed in 1 hour. If English is a strong skill for you, you should not have a problem passing this stage with time to spare. Overall only about 10 people were left at the end out of the entire group. Once the second stage is completed and passed you will have a very brief 5 minute interview with one of the managers present and they may or may not schedule for a second, more in depth interview in the near future. After the second interview they will contact you regarding whether or not you will proceed with the hiring process.

Question 1
What is the more important thing to remember on your first day?
Fast, efficient. Write 2 exams once your application is accepted then an interview and after that was called and offered the job. The whole process was pretty easy, though the day of the exams and interview it was pretty long.
Interview was quite easy, there were mostly general questions asking about myself and my availability. There were some situational based questions like what would you do if you encounter an angry passenger, what would you do if someone refuses to get his/her luggage scanned.
