Multi-step process, thorough, virtual, conversational. 3 round interviews: recruiter for informational of the position, company president, and then with general manager of the branch. There was a deliberation of salary and then a job offer.

Tell me about a difficult situation with a previous employer and how did you resolve?
Small tattoo on the back of my neck was not able to interview. Offer to cover with makeup or button up shirt was told no. So no visible tattoos at all.
started with a phone interview with recruiter than a zoom meeting with manager. Was asked by hiring manager if I had any prior military or law enforcement experience. Found out this was a requirement for the job but they never put that in the job description and the recruiter did not now either. Either way interview stopped right there. Pretty standard interview other than that

Many rounds of interviews that felt very heavy. More organisation would be required. There were a lot of back and forth. Sometimes unclear of what to expect. Many exchanges but amazing offices.
