I applied through other source. I interviewed at Garden State Home Loans (Cherry Hill, NJ)
Interview
The interview process was relaxed, I didn't feel intimidated at all. Much of the conversation surrounded what ideas I was able to bring to the table and how my specific skills would apply to the day-to-day duties of the role.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Garden State Home Loans
Interview
Very polite, professional, and insightful. Overall it was a very informative interview that left me wanting to know more about the industry. Response times were very fast, and the offer was ultimately accepted.
I applied online. I interviewed at Garden State Home Loans (Cherry Hill, NJ) in May 2014
Interview
After I've applied, I was emailed about 4 days later to schedule an interview less than a week into the future. When I arrived, it was a small office and there a few people who walked by to smoke/photocopy/fax who were very nice. I was interview by the CEO and the President afterwards (nice people, but I had a feeling that they weren't very organized there). They said that I was a strong candidate and the process would take 1-2 weeks. I've had no response either way in over a six weeks. Very unprofessional considering I followed up after the interview.

Question 1
Nothing was too difficult. They just ran through my resume and asked me about positions held and why I left.
