Good questions, some preparing into company required. Also reading an knowing what is required of the job spec. Useful if you have recent relevant experience to share. Also knowledge of PM techniques and where applied in recent roles a plus

Interview
Met with three partners on three different occasions. They were all nice and seemed driven. They also all said they liked me and wanted me, but kept deferring me to other partners for future interviews. I think this was due to resource availability but why invite someone to an interview if you can't accept them.

I was given three interviews - each person said they liked me but kept referring me to different partners for further questions. The people were nice but the role I was offered was 100% site based which, as a junior person, wasn't what I wanted.
